I have some good news and some bad news regarding the Rage of Armageddon fest this Sept. The bad news is Darker my Horizons has to cancel due to some personal matters, and we will hopefully revisit bringing them here next year. The good news is Deceptor from NC has joined the lineup. Get ready for some ruthless Death/Thrash with a very old school approach. Keep your eyes peeled for their debut album! This will be their first time in the NYC area. The Rage of Armageddon fest highlights a lot of Thrash, Power and Traditional Metal, as well as some of the best brutal Death Metal. And you can’t get more iconic than one of the originators of the genre, @massacre_band_official Exclusive US 2026 show performing their debut album ‘From Beyond’ for the 35th anniversary.
I am honored to say I booked the debut shows for two of the most brutally heavy Death Metal bands ever both playing my fest this year. 11 years ago I booked Castrator’s first show ever, and back in 1990 I booked the very first Morpheus Descends show in Buffalo. Honored to have them both playing my fest.
And the ultra heavy, mind melting Mausoleum doing their first U.S. show in 13 years.
