"Thinking Weekend"
Just finished my first 1st "Thinking Weekend" - about 40 hours without phone, computer, and minimizing distraction as much as possible.
Equiped just with a couple of books to read, something to write and myself.
The experience was pretty amazing - I wrote 12 pages about my life, dreams and things I am interest in, read 100+, never looked at the clock, being well rested, pretty satisfied, having a great energy level, a clear mind and all the rest 😉
Inspired by the book "Deep Work" - the goal was clarity, focus, dreams, deep work or something like that...
I will definitely do that again! - If you are interested just write me! 😊
