As athletes don’t always have the liberty to celebrate every day of Valentine’s Week, here is a performance-driven version of the same week, replacing each day with a motivational theme that reflects discipline, growth, and the spirit of sport.
February 7 – Resilience Day (Rose Day) 🌱
Build the ability to bounce back stronger after every loss, injury, and tough session.
February 8 – Progress Day (Propose Day) 📈
Focus on getting 1% better every day — small improvements create champions.
February 9 – Consistency Day (Chocolate Day) 🔁
Show up, train, recover, repeat. Consistency beats talent over time.
February 10 – Toughness Day (Teddy Day) 💪
Develop mental and physical toughness to handle pressure and setbacks.
February 11 – Perseverance Day (Promise Day) 🏃♂️
Keep going even when results are slow and the journey feels hard.
February 12 – Hunger Day (Hug Day) 🔥
Stay hungry for success, learning, and self-improvement.
February 13 – Knowledge Day (Kiss Day) 📚
Learn from coaches, matches, losses, and experiences — smart athletes grow faster.
February 14 – Victory Day (Valentine’s Day) 🏆
Celebrate effort, discipline, improvements, and the wins that come from dedication.
Let this week be a reminder that true love for an athlete lies in the passion for the sport, the commitment to growth, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
We were one among the 79000 fans in attendance!!

WHY SHOULD FEMALE ATHELETES BUILD MUSCLE? and what are the myths broken?
💪 At age 13, girls experience rapid growth. Strength training helps increase bone density and muscle strength, reducing the risk of stress fractures and long-term injuries.
🦵 Well-developed muscles support the knees, ankles, hips, and shoulders, which is crucial for injury prevention during intense sports training and competitions.
⚖️ Strength and toning exercises enhance neuromuscular control, helping young athletes move efficiently, maintain correct posture, and adapt better during growth spurts.
👑 A stronger body directly improves speed, agility, power, and endurance—key components required for competitive sports.
🔄 Corrects muscle imbalances early
During adolescence, uneven growth can lead to imbalances. Structured strength training helps correct these early and prevents chronic issues later.
🧠 Boosts confidence & body awareness
Strength training empowers young female athletes, improves self-esteem, and builds a healthy relationship with their bodies.
🚫 Prevents misconceptions about “bulky muscles”
Age-appropriate training does not cause bulk. Instead, it creates a lean, toned, and athletic physique when guided correctly.
🌱 Builds a strong foundation for long-term sports career
Early muscle development prepares the body to handle higher training loads in later teenage and adult years safely.
🌲🎅🦌Happy New Year 2026! 🏸🥳⚡💫♥️
Here’s to growing together — like one big badminton family.
Four teams, one heart — learning, supporting, and lifting each other higher.
Because real victories happen when we win together. 🤍✨
I-sports wraps up 2025 on a high with our very own Tanya Hemanth stunning us all by bagging 🏅🏅 TWO BRONZE MEDALS during the intense 3rd and 4th week of her tour! 🔥
In the last quarter of this year alone, Tanya has stormed into FOUR Super 100 quarterfinals (Top 8) — and then levelled up to the podium with incredible grit and belief. 💪✨
🥉 Bronze — Odisha Masters (BWF Super 100)
🥉 Bronze — Astana International Challenge
And that’s not all…
Tanya has now stepped into a current world ranking of #53 🌍✨ — and we know she’s going to break into her career-high in 2026.
The journey is only getting bigger, stronger and brighter from here. 🚀🔥
What makes this story truly inspiring?
Tanya dedicates a minimum of 9 hours every single day to her craft 🏸 — following a personalised, high-performance training routine built for an athlete of her calibre, discipline and heart. She chooses no shortcuts, no excuses — no breaks during festivals, weekends or vacations — just pure focus on the big dream 🌟
But champions are never built alone.
Her parents, family, friends and support team have been the pillars holding her through every high and low — guiding, communicating, encouraging and believing every single day 🤍 This success wasn’t just hers… it belongs to everyone who worked tirelessly beside her. 🙏
And now — after this incredible run — it’s time for a well-deserved break to relax, reset and recharge at home 🏡💫 so she can rise even stronger.
We, Team i-Sports, are all set to make 2026 her breakthrough year. Together, we’ll chase that dream — step by step, belief by belief. ❤️🔥
Here’s to resilience 💫
Here’s to bronze x 2 🥉🥉
Here’s to world #53 today… and history in the making tomorrow 🚀✨
Proud of you, Tanya. Keep rising. We’re right behind you — always. 🤍🔥
