It is only when the 99 steps are stacked up that the 100 is finally achieved.
Yet if you quit along the way, you must start again from 10, 20, or even 50, rebuilding piece by piece.
Sports are no different.
To achieve a single goal requires relentless effort.
During training, it is often hard to know exactly where I stand.
It is equally difficult to measure the level of my peers and rivals in the same discipline.
But by continuing the daily battle with myself, I believe the day will come when I finally reach the goal I strive for.
As long as I do notgive up, reaching 100 will inevitably be mine.

En todos los ámbitos de la vida, alcanzar el 100 definitivo exige incontables horas de tiempo y esfuerzo.
Solo cuando se acumulan los 99 pasos previos se llega por fin al 100.

Falling does not mean giving up here. Those dust-covered legs are our badges of honor! “A little dirt will not stop us.” Mud-splattered legs, sweat-soaked jerseys, and laughter echoing through the mountains, every second is a perfect snapshot and a memory to treasure.
When you feel that rush of wind and push past your limits at the race, that’s when you truly become a rider.

La competición de MTB vibra con adrenalina y el aroma de la tierra, donde cada instante se siente intensamente real.

Cycling has been one of my greatest passions since my 20s.
It’s hard to put into words exactly what draws me to it, but regardless of the discipline, I remain more captivated by this sport than any other. Returning to Vietnam for the UCI International Road Races after all this time has brought back vivid memories of 2019.
On the saddle, every rider pedals toward the finish line, yet it is nearly impossible to get there alone. Driven by a sense of camaraderie, riders must collaborate and compete simultaneously to reach the end or secure vital points. It is this unique, delicate balance between individual drive and team spirit that makes cycling so incredibly addictive.

Long way from home, yet closer than ever.
I have traveled to many corners of the world far from Korea, but I realized I was rarely accustomed to the beauty of the countries right on my doorstep, like Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan.
Jiufen became my favorite escape. Even though a sudden downpour greeted my arrival, the scenery far exceeded my expectations. There is something so magical about this mountainside village and its narrow, lantern-lit alleys. Resting at the iconic A-Mei Teahouse, the wooden masterpiece rumored to have inspired the bathhouse in Spirited Away, I want to lose myself in the nostalgic atmosphere, sipping traditional Oolong tea as the mist rolled in.
