I love how much I love this shot.
I think it cleared up a lot of clutter in my creative brain. Things don’t have to be over the top to stand out. I think the softness of the expression really deliver. There’s a lot of beautiful shots from this day, this was the very last one and it happened because Layla asked me if I was sure I didn’t want to capture anything else as I was getting ready to pack, I wasn’t. I was really worried that day for several reasons but in my head shots like this make it all worth it. I’m really enjoying this new vision I’ve put together for where I want my work to go.
