It is profound what can happen when we give ourselves the time and space to move, and allow what’s within, an outlet to speak. Movement gives ourselves a platform to express the inexpressible. And quite literally returns parts and pieces of ourself back to our center. We can call this returning home or this alignment of body, mind, and spirit — reanimating. Through reanimation, we can feel more alive and more ourselves. It brings a sense of wholeness by unifying our parts into a focused intention and frequency. And by allowing those inexplainable feelings and inner workings a space to express, our truth can be lived. This expression of truth allows us to feel more ourselves while simultaneously releasing and carving space for our spirit to return home and fully animate our vessel. So yeah, you’re not just simply dancing… you’re returning home. This is the medicine of movement. #movementmedicine #reanimation #authenticmovement

I breathe the air. The air breathes me. I walk the land. The land walks me. I drink the waters. The waters drink me. We move across this land as guests. Interwoven into an ecosystem. May we treat the natural world with respect. Knowing every action has its impact. If you’d like to deepen your relationship with the Earth through dance, writing, and intuitive practice, my upcoming 3 month container will take you there. Devotional Body has only 2 early bird spots remaining. Join us 🤍✨ Footage by @lukamusik @weseeco #earthbased #earthmother #movementmedicine #devotionalbody #embodiedwoman

May you follow where your heart is leading and not remain in the job, role, or relationship that sucks you dry and isn’t aligned. Your life is far too precious not to follow what it is that brings you joy and fills you up. Is it draining you or filling you? Get real with yourself, and have the courage to change from what is conveniently right before you to what you’re guided to from within. Your heart will never lie. 🤍 #movementmedicine #soulguided #heartled #freestyledance

Have you tried dancing in “silence”? I put silence in quotes… because nature and the unseen forces around us as well as the stories and experiences within us have so much to say. Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE music. Some of my deepest, sweatiest, sweetest dances have been to music I adore. But we can learn so much about the world around us and world within us by moving without the prompt of a song. How does the rain feel on my skin? How does the sky feel when he releases flooding waters? What do my tears wish to water? How does the sound of the birds flutter through my body? The conversation from within and without is filled with poetics and symbol, story and metaphor. I invite you to step into nature, listen to what it’s speaking, and let that message move through you. ——— if this sparked something in you, type LISTEN below to join the waitlist for my upcoming 3-month virtual immersion Devotional Body, where we will get into teachings and explorations like this and beyond. We begin June 2026 and spaces are limited. 🌿 #intuitivemovement #danceinnature #movementmedicine

Oftentimes, we believe we must become an entirely new version of ourselves to prove we are “healing.” We look for the big shift. The dramatic breakthrough. A whole new you. But more often than not, transformation is the accumulation of small, incremental changes. Tiny course corrections that quietly shift the trajectory of your life. Don’t take those micro-shifts for granted. A 1% change today alters your direction. And direction determines destination. One degree off course may not look like much in the moment… but in one year, five years, ten years — you are in an entirely different universe. Don’t underestimate the micro-shifts. #innerwork #spiritualjourney #spiritualmeme #quoteme

I hear it time and time again from my clients… feeling held back by self doubt, fear, comparison, the inner critic. We don’t want to ignore these parts or shame them away into the shadows. But we also don’t let them win. We feed the part that remembers your wildness. That primal, instinctual knowing. As the wolf doesn’t doubt its howl and the bird doesn’t fear to sing. Here are 3 movement explorations to start building your relationship with that part of you. The unstoppable one. → Weird & Ugly Dance as weird, wild, and ugly as you can. We’re talking strange faces, unfamiliar shapes, “ugly” movement, weird textures. All of it. No rules. → Animal Embodiment Pick an animal that feels WILD to you. Before you move, drop in. How does it move? What does it want? How does it sound? Then put on a song and become it. → The Mirror This one is all about the face. Get close. Connect with your own gaze first. Turn on a song and show the mirror who’s boss. Play with a piercing gaze and snarling teeth, and see where it goes from there. Oh hello, wild one. I thought that was you. 😉 #wildone #embodimentpractice #permissionslip

To those who withhold refuge, I cradle you in safety at the core of my Being. To those that cause a child to cry out, I grant you the freedom to express your own choked agony. To those that inflict terror, I remind you that you shine with the purity of a thousand suns. To those who would confine, suppress, or deny, I offer the limitless expanse of the sky. To those who need to cut, slash, or burn, I remind you of the invincibility of Spring. To those who cling and grasp, I promise more abundance than you could ever hold onto. To those who vent their rage on small children, I return to you your deepest innocence. To those who must frighten into submission, I hold you in the bosom of your original mother. To those who cause agony to others, I give the gift of free flowing tears. To those that deny another’s right to be, I remind you that the angels sang in celebration of you on the day of your birth. To those who see only division and separateness, I remind you that a part is born only by bisecting a whole. For those who have forgotten the tender mercy of a mother’s embrace, I send a gentle breeze to caress your brow. To those who still feel somehow incomplete, I offer the perfect sanctity of this very moment. —— Kuan Yin’s prayer for the abuser photos by @karichampoux
