She’s baaaaaack!! After a few weeks of life being crazy, I finally had a day at home yesterday to prep this loaf, and baked her this morning - and she’s a beauty ✨
So glad I dove into this hobby in 2025 and through a lot of trial and error seemed to get the hang of it! I’m so excited to bake more in 2026 and maybe sell some loaves to you all! Stay tuned 😚❄️🎉

Baked this beauty today!!
This is probably the best loaf I’ve made to date - pretty outside, decent crumb inside (I’ve struggled perfecting fermentation with the temps changing outside, this isn’t perfectly uniform but I’ll take it!), and good oven spring! She will be enjoyed tonight! 🤤
