For 7 years I have made tens of thousands of espresso extractions on this LaCimbali. And it has never let me down. In this time interval, in which I tested the coffee blend new recipe, I have never had to call for the engineer’s help. This espresso machine is the ‘Mustang of espresso machines’. Now it is resting in the LAB, soon maybe, in a museum.

For my nutty/chocolatey with orange notes coffee blend, I use South-Central American beans. That’s where this ‘Tiger Stripes Espresso River’ comes from.
The exceptional quality of coffee from this region is due to its unique climate. High altitude volcanic soil and steady rainfalls contribute to the distinct and bold flavors.
