💨 Dron's squad is in the active combat zone. Their car is beyond repair. Help us get them a new one! Dron has been part of the Ukrainian antifascist movement for 20 years. He started out as a Kyiv Arsenal fan, co-founded a campaign to protect Kyiv's parks and historical monuments, joined environmentalist actions in Crimea and supported the local punk and hardcore scene. In 2014, he took part in the Revolution of Dignity, an experience that carried into later protests against withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbas and into demonstrations against interior minister Avakov and police violence. When the full-scale invasion began, he enlisted in the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, defending the Kyiv region. Later, he co-founded @hwv_ua and helped evacuate civilians and animals from frontline areas. Now Dron's fighting in an artillery unit alongside anti-authoritarians, vegans, and straight edgers.
