Estamos lanzando la prueba de la segunda herramienta de Primer Paso: una plataforma para apoyar a las organizaciones automatizando la emisión de certificados de vulnerabilidad durante la regularización migratoria extraordinaria de 2026. ✊🏽
La idea es reducir el tiempo que hoy toma producir cada certificado y liberar energía para lo más importante: orientar, escuchar y acompañar a las personas. 🙌🏽
La herramienta permite dos formas de uso: la persona solicitante puede completar el formulario digitalmente junto a voluntarias en la organización, o puede rellenar un borrador desde su propio dispositivo a través de un enlace y acudir después solo para la verificación, firma digital y envío o impresión del certificado. 📩
Si eres parte de una entidad que emite certificados de vulnerabilidad, escríbenos. Podemos darte acceso a la plataforma, resolver dudas y acompañar el proceso de integración. 💻✍🏽☀️

Primer Paso es un formulario de orientación para la regularización extraordinaria de 2026 en España. ✊🏽
Ayuda a entender si una persona probablemente puede acogerse, qué documentos o información tiene, qué le falta y cuál es el siguiente paso para avanzar. 🪜
Además, lleva a una herramienta online los saberes legales, prácticos y de acompañamiento que organizaciones y colectivos llevan años construyendo junto a personas migrantes. 💪🏽🔗
La idea es hacer accesible la información sobre desde dónde parte cada persona y cómo puede avanzar, no reproducir otro filtro burocrático más, sino ofrecer una herramienta de apoyo para orientarse, abrir posibilidades y fortalecer el acompañamiento entre solicitantes, voluntaries y organizaciones. ⚡

Radical Data was invited to the Political Tech Summit in Berlin to run a fully booked workshop: Activism Rewired: From Protest to Prototype. ⛓️
The room was full. That matters. 📍💫
But so does who isn’t in the room.
Political tech spaces speak fluently about innovation, efficiency, democratic renewal. 💡⚙️
Yet the people closest to structural problems, migrant communities, racialised communities, grassroots organisers, are rarely centred.
Politics gets reduced to institutional design.
To voting systems and governance models.
But politics is also infrastructure.
Housing 🏠
Data classification 🗂️
Platform moderation 📲
Visibility, and invisibility 👁️
Technology is not neutral. It reorganises power and participation. ⚖️
It decides who is legible to the state, and who becomes disposable.
If political tech does not actively redistribute power, it reinforces the hierarchies we already know too well. 👑
So yes: from protest ✊🏽 to prototype 🛠️
Technology can extend our protests, it can help us prototype the society we’re demanding. 📡
But only if it’s in the hands of the people who live its consequences every day.
We don’t just resist systems. 🌞
We can design them. ⚡️

Afaina will facilitate a session where we collectively build from diasporic histories toward new creative infrastructures across islands and borders. 🏝️✨🇦🇼
We will ask:
- What does it mean to build international infrastructures from Caribbean and diasporic experiences?
- How can educational ecosystems in the Netherlands meaningfully connect with a new generation of Caribbean creatives?
- What can we learn from Black and diasporic creatives who built spaces in Amsterdam before institutions cared?
- How can these histories fuel trans-island and global ecosystems that nurture local visions and generate new creative languages?

Sustain keeps moving, and the last two Radical Data sessions took us right into the heart of our methodology. 🌱🍭📡
Before anything else: Radical Data isn’t just “about technology.” ⛓️💥
It’s about how we relate to the systems we live inside, technological, social, political, and how we carve out radical, imaginative paths that work for people, not for the old power structures that keep repeating themselves. 🌀
So in these sessions, we travelled through our framework:
Desire → Analyse → Imagine → Create, moving from naming what we long for and analysing the systems around us into imagining and building the futures we actually want. 🪺
We shared creative, critical projects that remind us: our digital futures don’t have to look anything like the ones Silicon Valley exports. 🚛
And then we made it concrete: a world-building game where we redistributed power, resources and tools — and imagined new worlds together. ✨
Not theory: practice. Rehearsal. Muscle. 🥩
We also shared the biggest, boldest dreams for our Sustain projects, the ones that feel too ambitious until you speak them aloud, and echoed them back to each other through a collective listening ritual. 👾
Because imagination becomes possible when it becomes shared. 🦋
Sustain x Radical Data is becoming a place where creativity, politics and possibility gather, a space to rewrite the systems we inherited, and build ones that centre people, care and collective power. ✊🏽
Aruba feels warmed up. 💖🏝️
Cybersyn began with something simple and radical: the feeling that yes, it was possible. That even with constraints you could build sophisticated systems, remix older technologies, and push the impossible until it became real. Cybersyn was built with telex lines, slide projectors and hand-made design, turning scarcity into political imagination. A reminder that you don’t need “the latest tech”, just the collective will to try. 💡🦾

Cybersyn nació de algo tan simple y tan radical como esto: la sensación de que sí se podía. Que incluso con límites era posible construir sistemas sofisticados, reciclar tecnologías viejas y empujar lo imposible hasta que se volviera real. Cybersyn se armó con telex, proyectores y diseño hecho a mano, convirtiendo la escasez en imaginación política. Un recordatorio de que no necesitas “lo último”, solo la decisión colectiva de intentarlo.💡🦾
