Grab your funkiest jammies, yoga mat, friends & family and head over to Breathe Wellness Center to Stop, Drop & Yoga!
Suitable for ages 5-95!
Ivy Glass will guide you through her signature style she calls, Kundalini Vinyasa Flow, YO! She sprinkles Disco Dance Breaks throughout the class ending in a group tree pose then a little Disco Nap, aka Savasana at the end.
Our Live DJ, StevieMixx will play his Disco Inspired beats creating the vibe where Night Club meets Yoga Studio. After Class he will pump up the Jams for a full on Dance Party!
Our local marketplace will be open for shopping! You can purchase healthy eats, drinks and local treats.
Side Chill out room will have mindful art projects with our friend Solnce Vera

So I thought it would be fun to enter this local cocktail competition for the city of Ventura! I presented “The Father Tom Collins” Featuring a trifecta of Ventura Spirits came into play with Wilder Gin, Limoncello & Amaro Angeleno. I featured local Meyer lemons and luscious Watermelon, Peach Bitters by Girl meets Dirt and topped with Flying Embers Watermelon Chili hard Seltzer. Garnished with fresh watermelon kissed with Smoked black Maui Sea Salt and Tajin! We got 2nd place! 🙌🏾🌈🙏🏻🦋 You can now find this drink at Winchester’s Grill and Saloon in Ventura, Ca! Thanks to Winchester’s for allowing me to represent their awesome restaurant! 🙌🏾
