The Racketeers Brewery is fully back in business!!!
Today we're making a new brew, an American Pale Ale, which will be ready for sampling in approximately 5 weeks' time.
In the meantime all our regular beers will be on tap for you to enjoy at the weekend. And it looks like it's gonna be a belter!!!
It's been a bit of a crazy week behind the scenes at Racketeers brewery. It's the side of brewing no-one really tells you about when starting out, the bit about when things blow up, when we have to get involved in engineering and accept losses. But hey, onwards and upwards! 💥
With the arctic weather hitting the South coast today, a stew is in order.
And not just any stew, but an Amber Ale slow cooked, fall off the bone, venison stew. Absolutely delicious!
We're so lucky to have our lovely regular customer at the taproom, Nicky, bring over these venison shanks for us. He also makes his own wild boar sausages, venison burgers and other meaty delights. 😊🍻🔥
Have you experienced the Racketeers tasters with a full run through of the flavour notes and brewing process? The best way to discover your favourite Racketeers beer! Here's a snippet of Iain talking to some new customers about the Blonde. 🍻

Very exciting day! We've acquired a lagering tank so we can develop a delicious larger for you!
Many thanks to Colin at Rother Valley Brewery, our regular customer Franco for driving and helping, as well as our amazing neighbours at Harborough Nurseries who all chipped in to help move this beast of a tank!

The next batch of your favourite Racketeers Amber Ale in the making.
Our Amber Ale 4.3% is moderate in bitterness, with caramel, toasty and biscuity notes, tangerine flavour and pine finish. Delicious!
