What if i told you releasing your glutes can relieve back and hip pain? You might thank me.

Releasing the tight muscles helps reduce pain and allows better range (temporarily) which then makes it easier to FIX how you are moving.

14 weeks of rehab to finish off 2025.
From not being able to dress myself to hitting an all time PB is exactly the kind of rehab you want.
Using the right rehab exercises and adjusting my gym work I was able to ride again after 2 weeks. Wouldn't say the arm was ready for racing, but I was back on the bike.
4 weeks on deadlifting, 6 weeks oly lifting, 12 weeks back to a full gym program.
Could you imagine how slow this would have been using bands and not loading up in the gym where I could?

Do your clients realise they have made progress?
Rehab is honestly a shit time in your life. It means you've hurt yourself and now can't do what you want to.
Some injuries take longer to heal and motivation drops rapidly.
Bringing to light the improvement people have made isn't to make you feel good, it's to show them how far they have come and how much closer they are to their end goal.
