i learned to write songs and perform them in front of people making this record. i learned to make people laugh while on a stage (admittedly, mostly Lauren) because of this record. and i’m sure i learned a lot of things that i keep forgetting and have to learn over again, thanks to this record.
it’s not a perfect album (some might say not even a great one), but i hold so much fondness for it in my heart. it will always be one of the works i’m most proud of, for the simple fact that we made it at all.
thank you if you helped make it, listened to it, saw us play it, bought a tape, bought a t-shirt, booked us a show, played a show with us, let us stay at your house, or supported us in anyway. we were just happy to be there.
