2008, i had barely started RAC in my dorm room. What I thought was gonna be a small write up turned into the cover story for the @riverfronttimes in St. Louis.
after 6 years it’s time. I primarily wrote BOY in 2018/19 and i’m ready to dive into the next chapter.
I usually write 60-80 tracks before cutting it down to an album and this time I’m shooting for more. At this stage it’s hard to say what will make it or what won’t, but i thought it would be fun to share more of the process.
celebrating ireland’s 30th in ireland 🇮🇪
i know every country says the people are nice (except france sorry) but ireland is a whole other level of friendly that really surprised me. The food has been really impressive and driving on the left in these backroads has been an adventure. I’ve never played a show here, but would love to sometime.
it’s been 1 year since i’ve had any alcohol. it originally was just going to be 1 month but i kept going. there was nothing dramatic that prompted this change, it was more that I was turning 40 and had never taken a break. I don’t think it’ll be forever but I’m really enjoying the time off.
