Had such a great time at Garage Girl at @brightonfringe@carolineofbrunswick . @iamamurphy brought punchlines, music and moves! I missed it in Edinburgh and so glad I got to see it here. She has two more dates coming up so check it out while you can.

MC’d for the first time in at least a year. It was a fun night at @virtuecomedy . A lot of laughs and loved being kept on my toes. Thanks to my friend Mahesh who killed it, and Raj who did the same for having me on.

Too hot to touch! That’s Karismaa when she’s the MC. It’s been too long since we gigged together. Glad it finally happened again today in Sydenham!

Saw the wonderful “Tart” by @stephencomedy this evening at @sohotheatre . It was my first time seeing him live and as a comic and a comedy fan I truly enjoyed it and laughed a little too loud at times. Plus he was so kind!

“I won’t live past 40.”
This MS Awareness Week, we’re challenging assumptions about multiple sclerosis.
When Rabiah was diagnosed in her early 20s, she believed she wouldn’t live past 40. She felt she had to be “ok” all the time and worried MS would shape every part of her future.
But those weren’t facts. They were assumptions.
Now, more than 25 years on, Rabiah is still here – challenging what MS looks like, sounds like and means. With humour and self-awareness, she’s rewriting her narrative.
Her story is a powerful reminder that MS affects everyone differently – and that what you see on the outside rarely tells the full story.

POV: I’ve been looking for a job for so long, I forgot what normal people do! Walking and talking on a nice London evening and freaked out by who? Runners.

This MS Awareness Week, we’re challenging assumptions about MS.
No two people experience MS in the same way. Some days you can do more. Other days, you can’t. And that unpredictability isn’t always visible.
Community member Rabiah has shared how comments like “don’t forget you have MS” or comparisons to someone else’s experience can be frustrating – and hurtful.
Help us challenge misconceptions about MS – watch, share and think again.

Comedians in daylight! So good to meet up with @davidiancomedy for lunch today. So glad to take a break from the job hunt. Thanks for the chat and friendship. (And the laughs too.)
