Ever seen shorter instructions for a recipe? We’re willing to bet you haven’t, especially for one that is so flavourful. Bonus points to Chef Rabia @rabiacooks because this noodle salad is quick and healthy, making it perfect for iftari.
Noodle salad:
1 cup whole wheat noodles
1.5 cups julienned vegetables (cucumber, peppers, carrot, cabbage)
2 sprigs green onion
1 handful coriander
3 tbsp chopped peanuts
1,5 tbsp fried onion
For the dressing:
3 tbsp Shan Plum chutney
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pinch sesame seeds
Mix the dressing together. Mix all the vegetables, noodles, herbs and crunch in a bowl. Toss with the dressing. Serve immediately

Recipe:
350g beef or veal qeema
3 tbsp Shan chapli kabab masala
1 tsp each ginger and garlic paste
1 handful chopped dhania
3-4 chopped green chillies
1 egg
1.5 tbsp oil
1 tsp chilli flakes optional
2-3 tortilla bread
Mix all the ingredients together and spread evenly over the tortilla bread
Roll the bread tightly and slice into bite size pieces
Skewer onto a bamboo stick
Cook on both sides on a frying pan on medium heat with oil.
Serve with Shan green chutney and imli chutney
