On Monday, Exposed was honored with Audience Choice Best TV Pilot at the Culver City Film Festival.
@reecem11 and I were excited to accept the award on the behalf of our entire cast and crew who spent so much hard work and passion on creating this project.
In my speech I wanted to really make sure it thanked the people at the festival who worked similarly and spent time and effort on their projects. It’s so important right now that originality and creativity are leading the industry and to see so much of it at this festival was exciting.
This is the future of the industry. Not AI. These people who are excited to share their stories and willing to spend the time to make it great.

In This past week, I’ve had the honor of attending the Dances With Films festival here at the TCL Chinese Theater in LA.
My pilot ‘Exposed’ that I directed Spring 2023, was selected for the festival and screened in the morning of Saturday the 23rd. This week I was able to go to screenings and panels with industry professionals from all over the world.
Last night, ‘Exposed’ was awarded the ‘Pilot Audience Award’ honoring it as the Audience Favorite pilot out of all the pilots in the festival. I was honored to accept the award along side my co-director Reece Melber!
This week has been so exciting and to be honored along side such impressive work was so surreal. I have to thank Sina Crenshaw @sinalina23 and Hannah Merritt @hannah_rose214 for leading this Pilot team and getting us to this festival. None of this would have happened without them.
I can’t wait to see where else this pilot goes and look forward to my own future in the industry.

This semester, I had the distinct honor to co-direct the amazing TV pilot “Exposed”.
This pilot and its crew was truly such a joy to work with. Everyone on the cast and crew brought their A Game to this set. The talent was overwhelming and I was truly so lucky to have these people surrounding me. I don’t have the words to explain what this opportunity and experience means to me. Directing is something I love doing and having such an amazing script, a stellar cast, and hardworking crew made this so special.
Thank you to my parents, my family and friends, and all of the amazing people who helped make this possible.

Incredible year. I got a cat, I directed, I wrote, I drove cross country (twice), I got some awards, saw some friends, made some new ones, and finally got a full time job in the film industry.
Thanks for everything 2025, lets see what 2026 has to offer
I had the absolute time of my life attending @nfftyfilm this past weekend. I was surrounded by some of the most talented people I’ve ever met and saw sone truly fantastic films.
I’m also honored to have been a runner-up in the Screenplay competition. I loved getting to meet and read the scripts of all the finalists and have a great discussion with all of them!
I hope to be back next year NFFTY
