We kicked off our 1st Scholarship Presentation at Bainbridge High School. Congrats to Miss Ashley Mosely recipient of the Bro. Melvin Lumpkin Scholastic Achievement Scholarship! Ashley plans to attend Kennesaw State University to major in Exercise Science!
Our chapter is incredibly proud to support our teachers for their hard work and dedication to our students. To close out Teacher’s Appreciation Week we provided breakfast to the teachers of Crossroad Academy Charter School of Business. We are thankful to Principal Tireshia Galloway for her continued support and our educational partnership with Crossroad.
The Pi Psi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. proudly recognizes Brother Derrell J. Jackson Caldwell as our Brother of the Month. Initiated in Fall 2023, Brother Caldwell currently serves as the Chapter Project Alpha Chair and Chapter Historian, where he plays a vital role in advancing our mentorship initiatives and preserving the legacy and history of Pi Psi Lambda. His leadership within Project Alpha reflects a deep commitment to developing young men and fostering meaningful conversations around responsibility, leadership, and personal growth.
Professionally, Brother Caldwell is a proud graduate holding a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Science, complemented by over eight years of experience spanning employment, internships, and volunteer service. He currently serves as a Transfer Enrollment Specialist at Florida A&M University, where he works diligently to support students transitioning from state and community colleges. In this role, he recruits prospective students, provides personalized academic guidance, and ensures a seamless admissions process—serving as both an advocate and a resource for those seeking to further their education.
