alright let’s try this again!
some of the places i went - pt. ii
the second part of the places i went in europe.
i. courtyard in the alcázar in seville, spain. i took more detailed pictures of decorated tiles and ceramics here than anywhere else.
ii. outside la mezquita in Córdobą, spain. fredy, our tour guide, excitedly pointed us to a shop that sold candied seeds, and poured some into our hands.
iii. a little street in granada, spain. i could have wandered around here forever.
iv. two plam trees in barcelona, spain. maybe my favorite, and the little dog playing was the cutest.
v. steeple in barcelona, spain. i walked almost eleven miles that day.
vi. inside la basilique notre dame de fourvière in lyon, france - you can take a funicular up to the top of the hill that overlooks the city. and there you will find the basilica, right beside the roman amphitheater.
vii. a street in the old city of dijon, france. i surprised myself, i love this little city with its cobblestone streets, museum, and shops. and yes, the mustard.
viii. the hundertwasser building in magdeburg. the most recognizable building of the city.
ix. somewhere, norway. take me back.
x. orange tree, granda spain. had to end with another warm color accent.
some of the places i went - pt. i
i went to europe and it’s taking me a moment to get around to posting about it. there’s a lot to look back on this year, and this trip is one of those things.
i. outside of sagrada família in barcelona, spain. i took a guided tour in french because the english tours were sold out (not the bragging rights)
ii. the alhambra in granada, spain. this picture does like 1/10000 justice to the enormity of this place. put it on your bucket list and just go.
iii. puerta de elvira in granada, spain. just walking around.
iv. théâtre gallo romain de lyon-fourvière, france. the nicest day of hanging out with myself.
v. houses in magdeburg, germany. this is not the house that magdeburg is known for.
vi. looking out over bergen, norway. i went here ten years ago, and celine sent me a picture of my dad in this spot
vii. inside sagrada família, the ceiling. i felt so small and overwhelmed by how beautiful it was.
viii. somewhere in norway. or maybe even another planet.
ix. near hamar, norway. the last day in europe.
x. in seville, spain. just one of my favorite picture from this time.
