Que Sakamoto is a DJ and producer from Tokyo known for unpredictable, genre warping sets built from disco, dub, garage, trance, breakbeat, and beyond. Blending eclectic electronic sounds with vintage gear and deep cut selections, he crafts a different vibe for every crowd. Rooted from Japan’s underground spirit, Que is now diving deeper into Japanese music from the ’70s to ’90s, reintroducing forgotten sounds to a new generation through a distinctly modern lens.

We’ve been sitting on this one for a minute. Recorded in the afternoon of NYD when the room had finally settled into itself. The energy was locked , people were moving, and Que just let it breathe with an incredible track selection.
Que has a way of reading a room without making it obvious. He digs through house, techno, and whatever else fits without showing his next move. The selections are sharp, nothing feels out of place. He’s able to create that stretch of the night where you stop checking the time.
