Co-created by movement artists Sar Artoonian and Ana Victoria, Dancing Through Change is our first virtual series offering a weekly resting place to re-Source ourselves through consistent, gentle and effective movement and meditation practices in a communal setting. Hello friends! Please join us for the next San Fernando Valley REALLY REALLY FREE MARKET on April 11th. we will be there RAIN or SHINE ☔️ we have a very special offering from @tsukuru_nonbinary ! We will be hosting three sessions of light movement and pranayama (breathing exercises) 🌬️ at 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30pm. you can find us under the QSN canopy and we will have yoga mats to share. Tsukuru Fors (he/they) is an agender-identified healer/cultural worker. Being a survivor of physical and emotional trauma himself, Tsukuru has been practicing yoga, pranayama, meditation, and reiki with people with body issues and challenges for a decade. Tsukuru provides donation-based classes and one-on-one sessions; thus, making healing accessible for everyone. It is his firm belief that developing “body wisdom” enables us to liberate our body, mind, and spirit. This month, Tsukuru is offering 20-minute light movement and pranayama (breathing exercise) sessions with techniques you can take home with and heal yourself every day. flyer design by @4ever_andeva 🎨

Help us load / unload our box truck before & after the market for a great workout & opportunity to learn more about the history & organizing behind this monthly act of resistance. We are not currently in need of general clothing donations, but are seeking high-quality cold-weather gear like jackets, gloves, and work pants. We ask that donations be brought to the market directly & strongly encourage staying to help organize what you bring & enjoy the market with us rather than drop-and-go. We can always use more shopping bags (paper, plastic, reusable), bags in general (backpacks, suitcases), tents / tarps / sleeping bags, and body wipes. Come as you are. Take what you need. Give what you can. The better world is already here. We are carving it out together, in public.

this time last year we had an amazing time world building and imagining with our friends and buddies 🥹 these screenshots are making me seriously nostalgic. when we play, wonder and possibility feels boundless. The act of creation IS trans magic✨ PERIOD. this year will be the last year we are gonna convene in virtual space like this. we would love love love for our friends to build with us again before we close this chapter and move onto other creative projects as a collective. please rsvp (its in the b¡0 🔗) also!! From September 28-October 31, celebrate the trailblazing history and culture of queer and trans folks with over 40 programs happening at venues all across Los Angeles. ✌🏽🏳️‍🌈

October is #LGBTQHistoryMonth. QSN will be back again this year for One Institute’s (@oneinstitutela ) #Circa2025, the country’s first and only queer history festival celebrating the trailblazing history and culture of queer and trans folks. On October 12, 2025 from 11-12:30 pm PST join us for our virtual event in Gathertown. Participants will work in teams and co-create a spa space that is accessible, welcomes people of all genders, and honors consent practices and bodily autonomy. We will have facilitated imagining sessions and opportunities to exchange stories and resources. Dream anything you want in our virtual space, from a mud bath for trans-mermaids, a slime dungeon, or the blueprint for your future Queer farm commune. Our second spa pop up in Van Nuys 🧖‍♀️ in collaboration with our friends @aetnastreetsolidarity big thanks to @mxmele for the live sound bath. Mel is a musician and has been apprenticing on how play to gender— a resonating metallaphone instrument from the 2000 year old Javanese Indonesian gamelan music tradition. They have also trained as a sound bath & healing facilitator. They provided gentle tones and music to relax and de-stress. QSN is looking for healing practitioners to add to our roster. From October 1-31, celebrate the trailblazing history and culture of queer and trans folks with over 65 programs happening at venues all across Los Angeles. Mark your calendars for our program: 🌈 Digital Sanctuaries: Build Your Dream Genderqueer Spa 🗓️ Oct 6, 2024,3-4:30 p.m. 📍Gather.Town - RSVP for link Engaging with the contexts and histories of the AIDS epidemic, the ongoing COVID pandemic, and bathhouses as sites of queer encounter and healing, “Digital Sanctuaries: Design Your Dream Genderqueer Spa,” is an online party, hosted by Queer Spa Network on its GatherTown virtual spa platform. GatherTown is an online social space in which people can get together, prototype their own virtual environments, and have conversations with other participants in the same room or close by, similar to an in-person event. This party will include three facilitated spaces: A conversation circle about the history of bathhouses, queer encounter, and queer community care; a room for prototyping visions for future queer spaces of community healing; and a virtual dance party room in Queer Spa Network’s fungeon! ��The space will include original house music by MythicLuna and a sound piece by @wfumihsu �Please contact [email protected] for any access requests. 🎟️ Tickets launched online today!
