This is @selfbybee one half of @queerbooksphilly inviting readers whether in bookclub or not to join this year’s #transrightsreadathon @transrightsreadathon Since 2023 I have been on the readathon’s organizing committee—but this year I took a step back. However, this cause and group are still so important and dear not only to my heart but the rights a dignity of all of my trans* kin. QueerBooksPhilly has some great recommendations to share because this group not only centers trans* stories but is led by two gender queer/nonbinary Black folks.
