The norm of the society which is wrong….
Oh they’d come for you.
They’d call you names .
They’d believe you’re cutting corners to make headways just as they are.
Is that reason enough for you to cave in?
To conform?
Emphatically NO
Absolutely not.
Hold your ground.
Stand firm and stay in your truth,your values,discipline and integrity.
I’ve had one too many situations where I’ve chosen my truth(Gods word); my integrity; to conforming to societal standards and expectations of doing things and I can say for one ; that it’s not easy to.
I’m a softie and Yh I’ll cry over every inconvenience but will I drop my standards??

To be a good person is hard,to be a true son of God is hard but be reminded that it’s not by your strength.
Be reminded always - He’s the one that works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure .
