5 Self-Care Tips for Exam Season:
𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿: 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆
Exam season can feel intense, but it won’t last forever. In a few weeks, things will feel different again.
𝟐. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐲
You chose your course for a reason. Thinking about your goals or future plans can help when motivation dips.
𝟑. 𝐁𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟
Try to let go of ‘I should be doing more.’ Rest and recovery are part of doing well too.
𝟒. 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬
Sleep, regular meals, movement, and breaks all support focus and memory. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest.
𝟓. 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥
Don’t get stuck in ‘what if’ thoughts. Focus on the next small step you can take today.
Try not to compare yourself to others - and remember your results do not define your worth.
