Exciting progress at Poland House 👷♂️
Poland House is a new PBSA development delivering 284 student bedrooms, alongside flexible community space at ground level. We’re pleased to share that the project has recently achieved Gateway 2 approval, with piling works starting on site and progressing well.
The scheme is arranged as four interlocking blocks ranging from 8 to 12 storeys, creating a distinctive presence within the local area. In addition to high-quality accommodation, the development incorporates landscaped outdoor areas, accessible car parking, servicing facilities, cycle storage, and public realm improvements, supporting a well-integrated and sustainable addition to the community.

We were delighted to have Adam Richardson, Ben Mackett and Matt Gerken from Quartz Project Services attend the British Council for Offices (BCO) ESG Conference 2026 in Manchester. It was great joining over 100 industry professionals to discuss the evolving role of ESG across the built environment.

Works at Howard Way are progressing well, with cladding advancing and the units beginning to take shape on site.
When complete, the scheme will deliver five high-quality industrial units ranging from 14,600 sqft to 37,530 sqft, accommodating E(g)(iii), B2 and B8 uses. The development is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A ratings, supporting sustainability and operational efficiency.

Practical completion has been achieved at Euroway Trade Estate in Aylesford.
We recently delivered a low embodied carbon refurbishment of Units 6, 7 and 9 for Orchard Street Investment Management, adopting a retrofit led strategy in place of redevelopment.
The works were focused on enhancing the performance and longevity of the existing assets. The scheme incorporated solar PV and EV charging infrastructure, targeted (and achieved) EPC improvements to A+, comprehensive upgrades to warehouse and office accommodation, and enhancements to air quality, thermal efficiency and on site biodiversity.
Completed within a 12 week programme, the scheme demonstrates how considered refurbishment can strengthen sustainability credentials, improve occupier appeal and enhance long term asset value.

We are pleased to confirm that Unit 2 at Nucleus, Park Royal has now achieved practical completion.
Dilapidations were successfully negotiated, followed by refurbishment works to the industrial unit. The scope included upgrades to the building fabric and mechanical and electrical services to improve sustainability and energy performance. Works also comprised internal reconfiguration, repairs and redecorations, along with compliance upgrades to meet current building standards.
The project was delivered on time and within budget, targeting a BREEAM Very Good rating and achieving EPC A.
A great example of refurbishment extending asset life and delivering long-term value. Thank you to everyone involved in its successful completion.

We’re thrilled to share that Sopers Lane in Poole has reached an exciting milestone, marked by a recent groundbreaking ceremony.
The development by Kingsbridge is a new industrial scheme on the 10.7-acre former Siemens site in Poole. Sustainability is at the heart of the project: Phase 1 is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ ratings and will include photovoltaic solar panels. Phase 2 will add a further 101,000 sqft across nine units, creating even more opportunities for local business growth.

Newmarket Housing Trust secured planning permission in October 2025 for a new purpose built student accommodation scheme supporting young trainee professionals within the horse-racing industry.
