Thrilling performance last night for a sold out, standing room only crowd! Grateful to all the artists involved for an unforgettable performance! Onwards to Palm Sunday!
The calm before the “storm”! Everything is set and final touches are being done with lighting and the stage! We’re excited to join over 150 musicians in our first rehearsal tonight as we gear up for Fridays performance!
Quartz Ensemble is headed to LA! Catch us as featured soloists and small group in Carmina on Friday, and then in residence for some tasty Palm Sunday treats on Sunday! We can’t wait to create these two stunning programs with our many collaborators. See you soon!
Bach’s St. John Passion, with the @arizonaphilharmonic . What a collaboration as we celebrate our fifth anniversary as an ensemble. Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us! We loved sharing this piece with our audience!
Fabulous first day of rehearsals! Separate times with choir, orchestra and continuo group! We’ll start putting it all together, even with a wild snow day overnight! We can’t wait for you to hear what we’re working on!
We’re getting excited for our next concert coming up in just over two weeks! Featuring some of our favorite composers (Bach, Shaw, Buxtehude, Mendelssohn) — this is a concert you do not want to miss. Get your tickets now!
Our conductor Joshua Harper and Elijah soloist Cailin Marcel Manson for Arizona Philharmonic’s upcoming performance of Elijah performed at Carnegie Hall last night! Cailin conducted an outstanding performance and Joshua helped prepare the chorus and sang in the choir! Next up — Prescott!
