đWe are delighted to share that Lucy Saunders will be joining Quartet as our new Director of Development, a pivotal role at the heart of our mission and future growth.
Lucy brings with her a wealth of experience from Young Bristol, along with an outstanding track record of building strong relationships with funders, driving ambitious strategic programmes, and working closely with communities to create meaningful impact.
Lucy will become a vital member of Quartetâs leadership team, helping drive our bold three year strategy to reach new donors, support less well served communities, and strengthen the voluntary sector to sustain a thriving West of England.

Their Community Fund offers micro-grants, usually up to ÂŁ500, to support projects that positively impact LGBTQ+ people, uplift under-represented groups, and help community events and ideas grow.

Congratulations to David Triggle-Wells and Sabita Ravi, who have been appointed as Interim Head of Programmes and Interim Head of Philanthropy, respectively.
As we prepare for the departure of Ronnie Brown, Philanthropy Director at Quartet, later this month, we are pleased to confirm that David and Sabita will be stepping into their new roles immediately. Their leadership will help ensure a seamless transition for our team, donors, and partner organisations.
We are excited to support the internal growth and development of our colleagues, and we have full confidence that David and Sabita will embrace this opportunity with dedication and expertise. Meanwhile, our newly appointed CEO, Anna Smith, will be leading a comprehensive review of the organisationâs structure following Ronnieâs departure.
