Siempre he amado experimentarlo todo. Todo lo que me da curiosidad, todo lo que enciende mi alma. A través de cada cosa que pruebo me he podido conocer más. No se trata de volverme experta en nada, sino de permitirme vivirme a través de las experiencias mismas. Ahí es donde me expando.
Porque venimos a jugar, a divertirnos, a aprender. Y yo, en cada cosa que me llama, encuentro una parte de mí.
Comparto todo esto con el deseo de inspirar: que te atrevas a hacer eso que se te antoja, lo que te llama, sin miedo y sin expectativas.
Que recuerdes que está bien ser multipasional, que tu curiosidad también es sabiduría y que no tienes que reducirte para encajar en la idea de una sola cosa. Y al final, todo eso que nos gusta es lo que vuelve único nuestro camino y única la forma en que vemos el mundo.
Porque cada pasión, cada intento, cada cosa que se siente viva, es como una huella que dejamos sobre nuestro propio mapa interno. Ahí, entre lo que amamos ser y hacer, se va revelando el hilo conector de nuestro propósito: no como una meta rígida, sino como un tejido que crece con nosotrxs.
Y algo que a mí me encanta y que sí es un hecho; es que los cerebros multipasionales no funcionan “mal”, ni son inestables, ni dispersos. Al contrario: la neurociencia ha visto que estos cerebros crean más conexiones, se adaptan mejor, aprenden más rápido cuando siguen lo que les fascina, y encuentran sentido en juntar mundos distintos.
Son cerebros que no se encuadran: se expanden.
Por eso sigo explorando.
Porque cada cosa que amo me abre otra puerta, me enseña algo de mí,
y me recuerda que vivir muchas versiones de uno mismo también es una forma de ser libre 🦋✨

The culture taught us we don’t need a man.
That we should compete.
That we should out-earn him.
That we should never need him.
We are raising women to behave like men.
And we wonder why we don’t know how to be in right relation with them.
I will be the first to admit I have been a woman who has been armored and guarded and mistrusting.
And at nearly 30, I am finally learning how ✨complement✨ rather than compete.
Here are 5 unproductive patterns I had to unlearn…
1. I used to question his leadership.
Now I listen and trust his direction.
I hadn’t realized that my doubt in him was actually a reflection of me not truly knowing myself. When I learned who I was, I learned discernment. Now I trust him, because I trust my choice.
2. I used to vent about him. I thought it was “processing.” It was actually leaking. Now I protect his name in public and in private.
3. I used to fight just to be difficult. Now I let him lead — because I chose a man worth following.
4. I used to withhold my devotion. Now I give it freely to the man worthy of it.
5. I used to see surrender as weakness. Now I see it as the highest act of love. Devotion to him. Devotion to myself for choosing well. Devotion to God.
The feminine is not weak because she follows him.
The feminine is sovereign because she chose him.

Desde hace varios años, mi fotógrafa mexicana favorita ha sido @angiegophoto , creadora de @realwomen_movement 🤙🏼🏄♀️🌊🌺🤸♀️Siempre me ha inspirado el movimiento que ha construido y la forma en la que acompaña a las mujeres a abrazarse, a habitar su cuerpo y a mirarse con más amor y verdad. Durante mucho tiempo, uno de mis sueños fue poder colaborar con ella, ir a uno de sus retiros, crear imágenes desde ese lugar tan real que ella propone, tenerla cerca y aprender de su mirada.
Este octubre tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con Angie y formar parte de The Real Woman Movement realizando el BTS, así como fotos para el videoclip de la nueva canción de @djnebraska con grandes outfits por @yandalamx ❤️🔥 Para mí ha sido un honor enorme participar como fotógrafa dentro de este movimiento. Ha sido una experiencia profundamente inspiradora, que me movió por dentro y que me devolvió al flow creativo desde un lugar más auténtico.
Hoy, al volver a ver estas imágenes dos meses después, siento con mucha claridad el poder femenino y la fuerza que se crea cuando estamos juntas, siendo nuestro yo más auténtico, sin máscaras y sin miedo. Me siento muy agradecida y honrada de poder compartir este momento. Gracias, Angie, por tu visión y tu creación, y gracias a The Real Woman Movement y a DJ Nebraska por confiar y permitirnos ser parte de algo tan poderoso.
