DISCIPLINE EQUALS FREEDOM
Now that I have fully accepted discipline in my life, I feel worse when I let my surface level impulses lead me to making rescisions.
This does not mean I don’t rest. It’s the opposite, I’m actually taking care of myself at a higher level. It’s harder for me to eat garbage because I know it’s garbage and it’s not going to heal me. It’s harder for me to waste time scrolling when I’m tired because I know I’m not really resting. Discipline is a high level of self love.
