BUSINESS UPDATE FROM PIONEER BALLOON USA.
As many of you know, Continental American Corporation d/b/a Pioneer Balloon filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in September of 2023. Since the filing, the company has made efforts to reorganize, and those efforts resulted in a sale of the assets of the company to White Oak Commercial Finance.
White Oak has created a new company Pioneer Blue Balloon LLC to operate the business going forward. White Oak has appointed Aurora Management Partners to manage Pioneer Blue Balloon through its Managing Partner, David M Baker as Chief Executive Officer, Bill McCarthy as President, and Ben Pendleton as Chief Operating Officer.
Pioneer Blue Balloon is excited to continue to offer the Funsational products Pioneer Balloon historically offered, as well as the Cloudbuster line. Please contact your Qualatex distributors to help you secure any of the remaining Qualatex inventory that you would like to purchase.
Lastly, we want to thank all the employees of Continental American Corporation and Pioneer Balloon. Thank you for your continuous efforts amidst the challenges we faced. Your exceptional work ethic and drive did not go unnoticed.
