Recipe:
Base -
1/2 banana
1 egg
1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
2 tbsp milk of choice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp poppyseeds
½ tsp maple syrup
Lemon drizzle -
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray oven-safe ramekin with cooking spray.
Use a food processor to blend base ingredients together
Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
While baking, mix the icing ingredients in a separate bowl using a fork or spoon.
Top baked oats with icing and a sprinkle of poppyseeds, then enjoy!
