Couldn't make it to our last Paint & Sip event? Here's some of the creations that our attendees made. Whether you want to paint a calming horizon, cute animals or perhaps an inside joke, the canvas is all yours to paint whatever your heart desires. Keep an eye out for Study Well events like these, happening all exam season long. We have other craft events this week and tomorrow we've got our Set Up Your Summer Fair from 11am in Library Square!

We know how intense exam season can be. It might feel like you just have to work-work-work. Taking breaks can be difficult but... It is important! By taking some time out to do something away from your screens and work, you're actually making your focus periods even stronger. Just do something you love and de-stress! Not sure what to do on your breaks? Check out our Study Well events. They're designed to give you the time and space to have a breather, step outside and have some time to yourself.

The London Marathon is one of the most exciting days in the city! From runners taking on the 26.2 mile challenge for charities, to crowds of family and friends cheering them on, the atmosphere is always incredible. And, volunteers play a huge part in making it all happen. Our Volunteering Team sent some Queen Mary students to help keep the London Marathon running (pun intended!) and cheer on our QM runner, Crespina. Here's what they got up to! 🏃‍♀️ Want to get involved in similar opportunities? Sign up for volunteering at qmsu.org/volunteering

Massive well done to our Volunteers at the London Marathon 2026! 🏃‍♂️🏅📢🎽🏃‍♀️☀️ They were stationed at Mile 19 (Canary Wharf) to cheer the runners on and help pedestrians cross safely! Our other volunteers were at baggage drop, helping the runners collect their things and celebrate their achievements! Crespina who ran in the QMSU spot, also did amazingly and raised £700 for @the_bhf ! We are so proud of all of you, London marathon could not go ahead without the dedication and hard work of volunteers! 💛

You can decide every detail, whether it's ice-cream, sauce, toppings -- and even protein powders and fresh fruit! It's the perfect reward after a long day of studying.
