من قاعات الدراسة والمختبرات البحثية إلى فضاءات ريادة الأعمال والشركات الناشئة، يواصل خريجو مؤسسة قطر تحويل المعرفة إلى مشاريع ذات أثر، تسهم في دعم منظومة الابتكار وريادة الأعمال في قطر.
وخلال فعالية عرض المشاريع ضمن برنامج «Snoonu Startup Factory»، سجل خريجو مؤسسة قطر حضوراً لافتاً بين رواد الأعمال والمبتكرين المشاركين، من خلال تقديم أفكار ومشاريع تعكس روح المبادرة والابتكار التي يرسخها مجتمع خريجي المؤسسة.
وشهدت المسابقة:
• 300 طلب تسجيل
• 267 مشروعاً ناشئاً مشاركاً
ومن بين 40 شركة ناشئة تم اختيارها لعرض أفكارها خلال الفعالية، ضمت القائمة 10 شركات أسسها خريجو مؤسسة قطر، في مؤشر يعكس تنامي حضورهم في مشهد ريادة الأعمال والابتكار في الدولة.
ويواصل مكتب خريجي مؤسسة قطر دعم مجتمع الخريجين بعد التخرج، من خلال بناء شبكة فاعلة من الرواد والمبتكرين وصناع التغيير، القادرين على تحويل الأفكار إلى أثر والمساهمة في بناء اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة.
فرحلة خريجي مؤسسة قطر لا تتوقف عند التخرج، بل تمتد نحو آفاق أوسع من القيادة والابتكار وصناعة التأثير.
From classrooms and research labs to startup stages and entrepreneurial ventures, QF Alumni continue to transform knowledge into meaningful impact.
At the Snoonu Startup Factory Pitch event, our alumni stood among Qatar’s emerging founders and innovators, contributing bold ideas and purpose-driven solutions to the country’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The competition received:
• 300 registrations
• 267 startup submissions
Among the 40 shortlisted startups invited to pitch, 10 were QF Alumni founders, reflecting the creativity, ambition, and impact-driven mindset nurtured across the Qatar Foundation ecosystem.
We take pride in an alumni community that continues to grow beyond graduation — a community of founders, innovators, and changemakers transforming ideas into impact and contributing to the future of Qatar and beyond.
Because the journey does not end at graduation; it evolves into leadership, innovation, and lifelong impact.

Meet the mentors of Qudwa.
A group of QF alumni from diverse fields and backgrounds, coming together to share their knowledge, experiences, and practical guidance with the alumni community through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
Under the theme “Personal Growth” this round of Qudwa gives mentees the opportunity to connect with mentors who can inspire them, support their next steps, and help them build stronger professional connections within the QF alumni community.

انطلقت أولى جلسات برنامج قادة المستقبل: برنامج التسريع القيادي لخريجي مؤسسة قطر بعنوان إدارة وحل النزاعات.
حيث خاض المشاركون تجربة تفاعلية ركّزت على فهم أسباب النزاعات، وطرق التعامل معها بثقة ووعي، وتحويل التحديات إلى فرص للنمو والتواصل الفعّال.
خطوة أولى في رحلة قيادية تهدف إلى تطوير مهارات اتخاذ القرار، وبناء الثقة داخل الفرق، والقيادة بوضوح في بيئات عمل متغيرة.
The first session of the Future Leaders: Leadership Accelerator Program for QF Alumni kicked off with a focus on Conflict Resolution.
Through an interactive and engaging session, participants explored how to understand conflicts, manage challenges with confidence, and turn difficult situations into opportunities for growth, trust-building, and effective communication.

في جلسة «ما وراء المنصب: قصص حقيقية لنساء في القيادة»، احتفى مكتب خريجي مؤسسة قطر باليوم الدولي للمرأة من خلال حوار ملهم جمع خريجات من مؤسسة قطر شاركن تجاربهن في القيادة، والتحديات، والنمو الشخصي والمهني.
من الشفافية والتعاطف، إلى الإصرار والتكامل بين الأدوار، حملت الجلسة رسائل قيّمة عن معنى القيادة الحقيقية، وعن قدرة المرأة على النهوض، والمضي قدمًا، وصناعة أثر مستدام في مختلف المجالات.

As part of “Beyond the Title – Real Stories of Women in Leadership,” the QF Alumni Office celebrated International Women’s Day through an inspiring panel that brought together QF alumnae to share their journeys in leadership, resilience, and personal and professional growth.
From transparency and empathy to perseverance and role integration, the session highlighted powerful reflections on what true leadership means, and the strength women carry as they continue to rise, lead, and create lasting impact across sectors.
