Why almost all founders fight in months 6-9?
We invited Jens, Europe top angel investor, because he is well known for being an incredible support to the founders he invests in. He is also a long term thinker whoâs created his career following his personal interest.
On top of this? He prioritizes his family and relationships more than business decisions.
Both of us loved this conversation with Jens. He says straight no, when we ask something he doesnât believe in and he is fun and well spoken. He speaks openly about his life path from a Biology PhD all the way to investing in AI. Plus, we go deep into dynamics between co-founders and what it really takes for a team to make it through the difficult parts. Hint - it cuts through the romanticized view of tech cofounders and gets into the real, messy work of building something with other people.
Who is Jens? One of Europeâs most active angel investors (300+ startups) and Founder of Berlin-based VC Angel Invest, whose portfolio companies have gone on to be worth several billion euros. Previously Managing Director at Techstars Berlin.

How do you come back to yourself when everything feels overwhelming?
We asked Hannah to be a guest because she shares online freely and vulnerably and because she manages to live her best life by successfully creating content on social media about her passions. How far ahead do you really think when you make things?
We loved Willâs take on creating art out of your own life experiences, building for the very long term and focusing on the metrics that matter to you.
Will @creativeminds_insta is the creator behind Creative Minds, a 190k+ YouTube channel built on honest reflections about the creator journey, setbacks and growth. What started in 2018 as a side path slowly became his main work â but only through a lot of exploration, patience and returning to what felt true.

When I was asked to be a guest on the @qe_question_everything podcast, I immediately said yes.
Joseph and Jashar have founded the project to inspire us with people who made bold transitions and choose a life that feels true to them. And this is such a core part of what I do and how I live.
â¤ď¸ It turned out to be one of the best interviews I ever did. Witty, deep questions - held in a warm open setting.
In this conversation I talk about what burnout and pain taught me, how I was afraid of entrepreneurship (LOL) and how I had to change my lifeâs direction quite a lot of times before it all started to make sense and I started to live my purpose in my 40ies.
It feels very personal, and I canât wait for you to see or listen to it.
Thank you Jashar and Joseph for holding such a beautiful space.
