Hey everyone. Well looks like ya boy’s documentary made it on the big screen for NOFF. Idk how but it happened, and I’m so fucking thankful for everyone that made it possible. I hope you guys can come out to the showings and support the film! Even if it is your second time watching it!! Thank you to @neworleansfilmsociety for allowing me represent my Vietnamese community and hopefully my community will show up and show out and fill up all the seats!!
For the past two years, the making of this film has been extraordinary. I want to thank you everyone that has been on this journey with me, and the whole community for their support. It would not have been possible without them. Even though covid has canceled this year’s Tet fest, I hope this film will be able to remind you of those wonderful times. Most importantly, I can honestly say that I’m so fucking proud of it. I want the whole world to see how beautiful our Vietnamese village in the east called Versai is. #MQV
