And what an incredible weekend it was! Our talented dancers from Lower Four to Upper Sixth lit up the stage with a spectacular showcase of styles - from classical ballet to hip hop, tap to Fosse-inspired jazz, with lyrical and contemporary pieces. 💃
The energy and dedication of our students truly shone through. It’s amazing to see such a polished production come together in just one term, and even more wonderful to see how much our dancers enjoyed every moment.
We’ve had so many fantastic comments from staff and parents, with many calling it our best show yet 👏 Huge congratulations to everyone involved - you’ve set the bar high for next year!

Some of our dance company students performed at the Reading Chinese School New Year Celebrations 🐎 at the Town Hall in Reading at the start of the month.

Last week some of our @qasdance scholars were involved in one of their workshops of the year. They were given the opportunity to learn Flamenco! A style new to them all!
The lovely and brilliant @danielleyglesiaflamenco guided the students through a wonderful workshop exploring the history behind the dance as well as trying a selection of skills from the style. What a great time they had spent developing artistic skills as well as co ordination and musicality through the world of flamenco! 💃🏻🩰 We love giving our scholars the opportunity to explore dance genres and styles that may be new to them. Stepping outside their usual training helps them grow, build versatility, and develop valuable skills they can use in so many different ways. ✨
