Those @ritter_butzke nights are always unpredictable...
@thoma_pho and me had a great weekend following around @sailorandi through Berlin ❤️ But none of us were prepared for the unreal moment that followed once we got to Ritter Butzke. Unfortunately Sailor's equipment gave out and between all the stress, stagemanagers and sound silence I suggested to put on a track to keep the dancefloor warm. Later it turned out the equipment had an electrical issue because of a blowheater on stage, but at the time we didn't know this...
...and in a film-like moment Alex turned to me and said 'It's unfixable right now. You play.'
@thoma_pho was here to capture it all and I'm glad I had this chance to take over the stage at one of Berlin's main clubs, taking the audience on a 1.5h ride of @q_precursor music 😉
And what better way to start than with my latest single Carbon-based Lifetime which we released last month on @justthislabel ; the label of @huntergamemusic !

Time for an update.
As with all things in life, everything is more difficult once you actually put it in practice. My work this year was very busy, I just moved, leading to me losing my studio for a while, and my album keeps being postponed. Until now...
Two years after the first single Reset I'll be coming with new music next month and hopefully the months after that as well.
I know my follower base isn't huge, it's probably mostly friends and people who once followed me and already forgot about my project altogether. But that won't stop me now.
This album is not about the numbers, this is about art. This is about activism. About change. About sharing a future. It's also about collaboration, and part of my personal music journey.
I'm not gonna go into the full theme just yet, but know that this album is written for you. For the people. For our culture, what's good, but also what's not so great.
I cannot wait to share it with you. But as with all things in life... Good things comes to those who .. wait.
Expect new music, new collaborations and new art.
Haven't posted seriously for a while. Life is certainly catching up. Work has been getting more intense lately, combined with buying a new house (which I hope to share more from soon!), and having to tell myself 'the next album is almost done', 'there's just this one more thing..' and another thing and another and another. Lists keep piling up and I feel like I'm checking off more To Do's than ever before without really making progress. However, I don't want to use this outlet to complain. I'm psyched about the future and I'm looking back on the last few years with a genuine smile. I'll be posting some more pictures from my studio and my cats in the coming weeks, sharing my thoughts, my process of making music and some experiences along the way.
Hope this reaches anyone who is also working on some huge projects that take time to complete, while having to navigate 'real' life on the daily. Share your story with me and I'll share mine with you. Let's lift each other up ✨
