As Aluminium prices continue to increase and with marginal increases on Stainless Steel we can confirm that our prices have been held for the April price list due to our forward buying in Jan & Feb. The May prices are likely to see increases due to the many factors of the global economy being under pressure at the moment.

Unfortunately it appears that The Court ruling did not affect Section 232 tariffs (these are the Stainless Steel & Aluminium tariffs) so any changes to the level of tariff will be minimal on our imports..😢

With the #news of a new global tariff rate on imports to the US that will be 15%. It’s the maximum rate that can be imposed under existing legislation after the Supreme Court ruled that previous levies were illegal so we hope this should make a massive difference to the overall cost of bringing our system into the USA.
