The Sentence Ends. The Journey Continues. 🕊️
Reentry isn’t a solo mission; it’s a shared responsibility. Whether you are walking out of the gates, supporting those who do, or welcoming them back, here is how we build a bridge to true restoration: 1. To Inmates: Focus on socializing with trusted family. Rebuilding those healthy bonds is your emotional anchor in a changing world. Lean on mentorship from those who’ve walked this path—you don’t have to navigate the roadmap alone. 2. To Social Workers: You are the bridge. We must work together to ensure every individual can fulfill legal and supervision requirements without being set up to fail. Your guidance turns a maze of mandates into a path of progress. 3. To Society: We must stop the cycle. This means dismantling barriers to secure stable housing and transportation. We need “Fair Chance” employers ready to offer meaningful employment based on who someone is today, not their mistake from yesterday.
Real justice doesn’t end at the release date. It begins when we choose restoration, reformation and reintegration over isolation.

Saw this man laying on the road, I don’t know if he is dead or alive
After beere market when approaching Nta before Gate traffic light
Please @whatsupibadan@ibadanlawa@oloriebiblog_@oyoaffairs can the appropriate authorities be contacted to help evacuate the person before it rains and becomes an issue of public concern and safety.
This is the most barbaric things I’ve seen in recent times, denying a young man the right to life is a grievous offense, he was not resisting arrest neither was he threat to the police man, even under restriction he still confessed to take the police to where they could get more information, but regardless he was murdered in cold blood. #notoextrajudicialkillings #notopolicebrutality
Today we join the world in marking International Women’s Day, a day to celebrate the courage, leadership, and achievements of women everywhere, while also confronting the inequalities that still exist.
Across our communities, women continue to drive change — as mothers, leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, advocates, and peacebuilders. Yet many still face barriers to education, economic opportunity, leadership, safety, and justice.
At JFA Human Rights, we believe that protecting the rights of women is fundamental to building a just and inclusive society. Empowered women strengthen families, transform communities, and shape the future of nations.
Today is more than a celebration — it is a call to action.
We must continue to:
• Advocate for equal rights and opportunities for women and girls
• Speak out against gender-based violence and discrimination
• Support policies and initiatives that empower women
• Create safe spaces where women’s voices are heard and respected
The progress we seek requires collective effort. Governments, institutions, civil society, and individuals all have a role to play.
Let us move beyond words and commit to meaningful action that ensures every woman and girl can live with dignity, equality, and opportunity.

52 students arrested in Ekpoma. Speaking up against insecurity is not a crime. Protesting is not a crime. This is a flagrant violation of their rights. Authorities must release them now.

The right to dignity affirms your worth as a human being. In Nigeria, you are protected from abuse, discrimination, and degrading treatment because you are human. In this year 2026, Respect this right in your daily interactions with others and speak out when any person is being subjected to degrading treatments ! #RightToDignity

See something, Say something !!!
Was he dressed provocatively?
Was he asking for it?
Was it his fault?
What did he do wrong?
Did he consent to it?
Did he deserve to be violated?
Did his silence mean yes?
The answer to every single one of these questions is NO!
There is no excuse, none whatsoever, for the abuse of a child. Paedophilia is a mental illness, not a mistake, not temptation, and definitely not something to be justified.
Our boy children are victims too. Their pain is real. Their trauma is valid.
It’s time to stop the culture of silence, stop the victim-blaming, and start demanding justice.
Protect the boy child. Speak up. Hold predators accountable. @eye_opener220
This is the worst case of child abuse I’ve ever heard and it happened right here in our country Nigeria.
Ochanya’s story breaks every heart, but it must also open every eye.
No child deserves to be violated, silenced, or ignored while the system looks away.
We demand justice not sympathy.
We demand accountability not excuses.
Until every of her abuser and anyone that aided this heinous crime faces the law, we will not keep quiet.#justiceforall #protectourchildren #genderjustice

Case of Defilement of a minor (10years old) Reported in Ibusa, Delta State
Earlier today, being the 27th day of October 2025, a case of defilement was reported to our organization. The incident occurred in Ibusa, and the suspect, identified as Mohammad, was promptly apprehended. Our Ibusa Gallant Comrades immediately took up the matter to ensure justice is served.
The case was first reported at the Ibusa Police Station, suspect has been arrested and currently in detention. After a formal meeting with the Divisional Police Officer (DPO), our team proceeded to the Police clinic Asaba, where a comprehensive medical examination was conducted on the victim.
The medical report revealed that the minor was brutally defiled both vaginally and anally, with clear evidence of digital penetration (using fingers) before forcefully penetration with his private part and the presence of saliva detected. Disturbingly, during the medical examination, the victim was observed to be defecating uncontrollably, a result of the severe physical trauma and the anal penetration inflicted by the suspect.
Following the doctor’s report, our team returned to the station to brief the DPO and deliberate on the next course of action. Deeply angered by the findings, the DPO immediately directed his officers to:
1. Visit and document the crime scene,
2. Obtain the suspect’s statement, and
3. Facilitate the transfer of the case to Asaba for further investigation and subsequent court proceedings.
We will continue to follow up on this case to ensure the victim receives the necessary medical attention and psychological support, and that the suspect faces the full weight of the law without compromise.
We also extend our esteemed gratitude to the DPO of Ibusa Police Division for his prompt and decisive actions, as well as his unwavering commitment to justice in matters of this nature.

This is not an ethnic or political struggle, it’s a fight for justice and for the oppressed. The call to free Nnamdi Kanu is about truth, fairness, and the rule of law.
It’s shameful that many from the South East who benefit from this administration and the one before remain silent while injustice thrives. But beyond tribe and politics, brave voices are rising to demand what’s right.
This is a fight for freedom, for equity, and for every silenced voice. Until Nnamdi Kanu is free, the struggle continues.

Over 200 people killed, children burnt to ashes, when is this insecurity going to end ?
Who are these faceless criminals and why has nothing been done about this situation?
To Every Boy Becoming a Man:
Growing up isn’t easy. Boys are often taught to be stoic,to be tough to hide their feelings, to never fall. But behind every brave face is a story of pressure, confusion, hope, and silent strength.
You face real struggles, trying to fit in, find your voice, and understand your worth in a world full of noise. But hear this: you are not weak for feeling. You are not alone in your journey. You matter.
Be bold enough to dream, strong enough to cry, and wise enough to ask for help. The world needs kind, courageous, and compassionate men, and that starts with the boy you are today.
Happy International Day of the Boy Child!
