The @passivhaustrust annual conference in Belfast is certainly going to be one of my highlights for 2025; we'll be there!
PYC Group's team will be proud to see Senan House featured and looking great, Irelands 1st Passivhaus commercial building designed by @mosartgroup That was a job! 14 artic loads of PYC Group panels with Masonite I-beam panels designed using @dietrichs_technology insulated with @warmcel and sheathed with @meditesmartply boards and @proclima_de airtightness tapes from @ecologicalbuildingsystems
Along with support at home, 10 of us shared the 10 weeks on site, across the sea, in lockdown, with limited Guinness availability; a fair challenge met!
