I wanted to reintroduce myself.
I’m Kameron Davis, a self taught freelance designer who focuses in brand, motion, and lettering. My perfect project is when I get to use all 3 at once! I’ve been freelance for a full year and this train has no plans to slow down.
I’m an ex aerospace engineer who got laid off in 2020. At that point I walked away from it completely to pursue my obsession with design. I used to watch all the YouTube while at work studying for the moment I got a chance to do it professionally.
I share my perspective with big brands, while helping small ones craft theirs. My favorite work is with clients taking action and being human. The change making, earth shaking, brands real people love.
Always open to chat about anything, but especially new projects haha.

@feliciathegoat has always been a huge creative influence for me. His ability to create sounds that you can immediately recognize as his is super inspirational.
Paying attention to my feelings is new to me and has definitely been an overwhelming experience, but I’ll take having them over not. I hope you choose having them too ✌🏾
Monday I had the honor of speaking to a group of senior students at Texas A&M getting ready to graduate in the next few weeks! It was my first paid speaking gig. The presentation was geared towards talking about my position in the design industry! How did I get here, what I was up against, what we are all up against, and what we can actually do about it.
I also sat in on a critique of a branding project they were working on. I was completely blown away. The level of maturity in the decisions they were making was so good. Our industry is in good hands for sure.
It was also the first time for me to meet @johnboranjr and @hannahs.ai in the real world. We kicked it like best buds immediately! Such a good solid trip.
Thank you @aigatamu , @jillhoneycutt and @johnboranjr for bringing me out! And the students for being so engaged!
