tiramisu with caramelised fig and ricotta 🤎
ingredients for 2:
- 250g ricotta
- 8 ladyfingers
- coffee (instant, moka or espresso)
- 5 figs
- sweetener (sugar, honey, agave syrup, etc.) 10-15g
- cocoa powder - plenty!
peel and chop the figs, then cook them in a hot pan until soft. add sweetner and continue cooking until jammy. let cool.
soak ladyfingers in coffee. whip ricotta until smooth.
layer: ladyfinger, ricotta, ladyfinger, caramelised fig, ricotta and finish with plenty of cocoa powder (^.^)
set the tiramisu in the fridge overnight!!
