So that’s the end of the PUUF journey.
I was part of something I didn’t expect to be.
PUUF started as a fun project with a friend. I never thought it was going to last for more than 5 years.
Running it was the biggest lesson I’ve learnt so far. Now I know that by building a network of like-minded, motivated people you multiply your possibilities and get the most pleasure from your work. And that’s what I want to continue to do. On the other hand, I also made quadrillion mistakes and learnt what not to do. That’s an extremely effective way to progress, but not the easiest.
I’m so grateful for the professional experiences - like the exhibition at Designmuseum Denmark (who would think!?), and the less professional experiences (PUUF parties - I’m looking at you).
Thanks to everyone who contributed to this project, you were so many I won’t even try to list all of you here. Without the goodwill of yours, this would be impossible. Though, I want to mention one person - @mateuszisgood - thank You for being a solid partner and a teacher.
It’s hard to sum up such a big part of my life in one post, so I’ll leave it as it is.

Last year, we discovered that we cannot reuse our PLYWOOD furniture collection after every rental due to problems with cleaning. We gave away some of the PLY’s to friends, and some we dismantled to give a new life!
That’s how PUFFBALL was created. From textile weaved from recycled t-shirts and filling the beanbag with 30kg of recycled plastic!

Last week we auctioned the Sigmund Vase in support of Ukraine. The money went directly to @polskaakcjahumanitarna which provides aid for the refugees and the vase found a new home!
