Dream of an Abandoned House (2025)
CG-graphics
"Dream of an Abandoned House" is a reflection of the subconscious, exploring the gateway to reality that occurs during the act of dreaming about unknown spaces and the possibilities that arise during such exploration. As I navigate through the abandoned house, the uncanny garden in front of the house and the structure and interior of the house could signify the way of the imagination of the dream house that has been built for the imagery between people, spaces, and memories. The elements symbolise both misery and bliss, evoking memories of a past family trip to a hotel room, including a living room, bedroom, closets, and bathroom, where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset and sea view in Pattaya, Thailand.
This exploration reflects the changes in my life, career path, and future, filling me with a mix of excitement and fear about transformation. As a Thai artist and student who travels to places like London, I seek to define myself as an artist while aspiring to meet my family's hopes and expectations. This scenario feels like a dream that contemplates the true reality faced by those who pursue the unknown. Such journeys can profoundly change us, sculpting our identities in unexpected ways.

Nature lies beyond this rusty fence, 2024

“Spaces and territories have been defined by what we refer to as “place.” Various materials can be used to protect or represent specific areas, with fences being a prominent example. The designs of these fences vary across different time periods and cultures. In this narrative, the spaces beyond the rusty fence symbolize the imagination of untouched nature, contrasted with man-made objects that highlight the unnatural feeling when people are unable to explore or seek out new spaces. This perspective invites us to reflect on the places we’ve constructed.”
