The Push‑Up Challenge was created to give people a simple, practical way to look after their mental health. By bringing together movement, mental health education and connection, the Challenge helps people build healthy habits and feel part of something bigger - at home, in schools, workplaces and communities across Australia.
For many Australians, mental health challenges aren’t always easy to talk about. That’s why pushing for better matters. Moving together helps break down stigma, encourages open conversations and supports better mental wellbeing. Mental health shapes how we feel, connect and navigate everyday life - and small, positive steps can make a real difference.
The Push‑Up Challenge is an easy, inclusive way for anyone to support their mental health, no matter their fitness level. It’s about showing up, supporting each other and making mental wellbeing part of everyday life - long after the Challenge ends.

For Tony from Tidy Up, The Push‑Up Challenge isn’t just about the reps - it’s about the ripple effect.
