One gym. One community 🖤 Today, 14 of our very own showed up and completed a 5K, and we even had someone who completed his very first half marathon 👏🏽 A 5K isn’t easy, no matter how much social media tries to make it seem like it is. Showing up, challenging yourself, and pushing through discomfort takes discipline, not only physically but mentally too. Not everybody is willing to do that. So I hope every single last person in this picture is proud of themselves!! Seeing everyone out there in their PUSH Factory shirts, supporting each other and crossing that finish line was honestly such a dope moment. This is what community is about. 🤫 you didn’t hear this from me… BUT it can be done! We love a quick workout. Minimal equipment. Minimal movements. Just enough to hit those legs in multiple ways Set a time for 30-45 minutes or set a goal of 3-5 rounds Exercises: 🤎 Alternating lateral lunges 16 reps (8 each leg) 🤎 Goblet squat 12 reps 🤎 KB swing 16 reps 🤎 RDL 12 reps 💾 Save for your next workout!
