This visionary nonprofit 💡— long dedicated to providing affordable housing for seniors—is now leading one of the most ambitious social housing initiatives in the City’s history and one the largest in Canada. 🏘️The proposed redevelopment will transform the existing site into a vibrant, intergenerational community with 847 social housing units across four buildings, designed to serve seniors, families, and young professionals alike. Located just steps from the Marine Drive SkyTrain Station, the project offers not only deeply affordable housing but also direct access to transit and amenities, supporting long-term livability and inclusion. We’re thrilled to be delivering this project for our amazing client, Soroptimist International of Vancouver.    Progress Highlights: ✅ We’ve reached a major milestone: we’re officially out of the ground! The first suspended slab has been poured, marking the start of vertical construction. ✅ Key infrastructure installations and foundation waterproofing are progressing smoothly, showcasing the meticulous planning and expertise of our project team.
