📩 Save this for YOUR next trip to @happyvalleypa !! On my recent trip to Centre County, I stayed at the beautiful @sandstonesanctuary cottage, created by Mike and Justine from @purplelizardmaps . While this cozy space is perfect for slowing down, I couldn’t resist sneaking out to explore a little. With views like these, could you blame me? I brought along my Bald Eagle Lizard Map and went hunting for some of the best selfie spots I could find. You won’t see most of these marked on Apple Maps or AllTrails… that’s what makes using a Lizard Map so fun. It helps you visualize how everything connects so you can plan your route without missing the good stuff. And honestly? Today’s recon took us along the West Branch of the Susquehanna under this iconic peak. Who recognizes it?

Woah! the colors on our fresh batch of Lizard Woolies are all a little whacked in a kinda cool way, these have a brighter, bolder pinkish-purple Lizard with a vertical striping effect. Some of Lizard toes don’t connect or disappear. A crazy style we didn’t ask for, couldn’t ask for, because the machines did it on thier own. There is nothing wrong with these socks- same high quality merino woolies we love, but with an unexpected wild striped Lizard - a cool ‘Factory Second’ and we’ve cut the price! Great day to stop at Waggoners Gap Hawk Watch! The new trail to the top is excellent and the big parking lot is much better than the old pullout on the shoulder. Take rt 74 from Carlisle PA to the top of the mountain and enjoy the view!
