Berlin hardcore punks, Zanjeer, return with Seher-e-Maqhoor (Eng: Dawn of the Oppressed), the long-awaited debut album releasing on April 3, 2026 on Neon Nile Records.

Zanjeer returns this Spring with 'Seher-e-Maqhoor' (Dawn of the Oppressed), the long-awaited debut album and successor to their 2022 EP 'Parcham Buland Ast' (The Flag is Raised). The album drops on April 3, 2026, via @neonnile on LP, CD, and tape, as well as across digital/streaming platforms. We will be announcing dates for a release show as well!
The album is delivered in Urdu, a lingua franca native to Pakistan and India. We seek to connect the political movements of the marginalized people of the region around Pakistan, with the issues of the massive diaspora across the world, as well as connecting solidarity to parallel struggles.
